My name is Roelof van Dijk. I am currently studying math and physics in my 4th year and held the position of student representative on the board of the physics and astronomy department last year. Due to my involvement in the realignment of the Faculty of Science and more specifically the unpleasant events during the fall of 2010 I carry the firm conviction that effective and brave student codetermination is crucial for this university.
