I am Tijsjoris Groot and I'm chairman of Hucbald, the study association of Musical Sciences. In these times of crisis, I understand that cuts are needed to be made. Nevertheless, I think the university should watch out for the smaller courses and studies when making cuts - losing them will mean an impoverishment of the university pallet. Also, the importance of students' associations should not to be underestimated and they should therefore continue to exist despite lower cash flows as before, especially since they are often an integral part of studies. I vote for Lijst Helder because I believe in that this party will take a good stance for the smaller studies and study associations of our university.
